Melissa Pickett, MA LPC, President of Soulways Center for Conscious Evolution, describes herself as a student of evolutionary inquiry, a visionary and a change agent.  Through her work as a licensed counselor, wisdom teacher, and ecumenical minister, she devotes her lifework and the work of Soulways Center to the advancement of Conscious Evolution, empowering individuals and the groups she leads to develop evolutionary competence so they can create their desired future.  Melissa has been in private practice since 2000.

 For nine years prior to 2000, she was the President of Performance Edge, Inc. an organizational development and marketing consulting firm, and prior to 1991, she had a 16-year corporate career in the financial services industry.

The key to your conscious evolution is to be fully human and soul at the same. Eventually, they become the same.

Dear Friends:

I am here to guide your path. To be a helper and a wayshower.
Your holiness guides your way. Your clarity and health is of utmost importance.
You have become clouded in your vision. What you see and experience is veiled by
illusion stacked upon you by your own false beliefs and other's agendas,
which have nothing to do with why you are here.

Have you forgotten how to be fully human? Are you deceived that you are
nothing more than flesh and bone? Looking through the eyes of soul,
you are far greater and more vast than you can imagine. Your potential is limitless.
Are you afraid of being the best you can be? Afraid of your greatness?

Believe you are worthy enough to release your projections. Travel inward and enter the growth path.
It will be one of healing, because these times necessitate that you heal in order to grow.  It will not always feel
comfortable, because the dark isn't always comfortable. It has been said that what you find won't hurt you, what stays hidden may destroy you.

What is hidden in the dark corners is mostly your fear, and fear clouds your vision. My job
is to help you uncloud your vision so you may see clearly. To see yourself as you and the world
were originally intended to be seen.

If you are willing to enter into the spiritual journey and healing path with pure intent, your way will be guided,
and you will be summoned into the house for which there are no walls, and
you will follow in the stead of the one who sent you. This is her promise
and this is the work.
